Ingredients

    2 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh
    2 cup Blueberries, fresh
    2 cup Blackberries, fresh
    2 cup Red Raspberry, fresh

Tips

Sprinkle with Stevia or other no sugar sweetener for a little "sweet" in your diet.
Mix in yogurt.


Directions

Rinse berries.
Watch blueberries for stems.
Cut tops off strawberries; slice or quarter.
Mix in a bowl.
Refrigerate till ready to use
