Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Chili powder
    1.5 tsp Cumin seed
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1.25 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies
    2.0 cup Spinach, frozen
    0.2 cup Tomato Paste
    0.33 cup Lentils
    16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    4.0 serving tomato sauce

Directions

Bake peppers at 350 for 15 mins Cook up turkey and onions/peppers then add tomatoes, sauce, paste and lentils Let simmer for 20 mins to cook lentils Stuff peppers Cook for 25 mins at 350 to finish add a little cheese to top of you like. Serving Size: 3 peppers
