Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    5 Cups Napa Cabbage
    1 Small Head Red Leaf Lettuce
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1/2 Large Cucumber, or 1 Small
    1 cup chopped Scallions
    2 Fuji Apples
    1 cup Shredded Carrot

Tips

Top with a protein to make more filling.
Sunflower seeds are a great addition.
Use your favorite dressing.


Directions

Wash all fruit & veg.
Peel the apples/cucumber if desired.
Chop or slice all ingredients as desired.
Combine in a large bowl.
Store in ziplock baggie.
