Ingredients

    1 serving Yogurt- Yoplait Greek 100 calories (5.3 oz-150 g)
    .5 cup Minute Maid Light Orange Juice 50 % Less Calories
    .2 cup HEB Frozen Blueberries (by TOONHEAD)
    30 gram HEB chopped spinach (frozen block) (by DREWAR)
    1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh
    .5 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple
    .25 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh

Tips

I chop up all the ingredients and add to individual baggies. I freeze about 10 at a time so my older kids can quickly and easily make their own smoothies.


Directions

Add fruit and spinach to baggy and freeze. When ready to create smoothie add frozen fruit, greek yogurt, and a tiny bit of orange juice to blender. Pulse and add more orange juice to smooth out as needed.

Serving Size: 1
