Ingredients

    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.66 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk
    4.0 tbsp Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream
    3.0 cup frozen brocolli florets
    1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat
    Salt
    Pepper
    Dash nutmeg

Directions

Spray pie dish, cut broccoli into bit size pieces spread in pie plate top with cheese. Wisk eggs milk and cream. Add salt and pepper to taste and a dash of nutmeg. Pour over the brocolli Bake at 350 for 30-40 min till center set. Slice into 6 pieces.
