Ingredients

    1 pound Honeysuckle White ground White Turkey
    2 TBS Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed
    2/3 cup uncooked instant brown rice
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 large can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
    1 cup water
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Mix ground turkey with rice, Flax seed, 1/2 cup of water, chopped onion, garlic powder, and pepper. Shape by tablespoon into meatballs.
Place the meatballs in an ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the porcupine meatballs. Cover and bake at 350°. oven for about 45 minutes. Uncover and bake meatballs 15 to 20 minutes longer.
Makes 50 TBS. sized meatballs. Seves 10 people 5 meatballs each.
