Ingredients

    10 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
    4 tbsp Kraft Avocado Oil Mayo
    1 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1)

Tips

Make in advance and allow to time to chill


Directions

Start with cooked chicken, ideally left over rotisserie chicken. Remove bone and shredded chicken. A Potato masher is ideal as it shreds and tears the chicken efficiently. Add Mayonnaise and mix well. After mayonnaise is mixed into chicken add chili power and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and Chill for 1 hour
