    1500.0 Grams Carrots, cooked
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    4.0 clove Garlic
    2.0 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    4.0 1tsp Olive Oil
    1.0 tsp Cumin seed
    1.0 tsp Coriander seed

Directions

Put everything in a pot. Cook until carrots are soft. Season, blitz and serve.
