Ingredients

    1.5 cup Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched
    1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    15 oz Hunts Tomato Sauce
    1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 medium Onion chopped
    4 large Bell Peppers
    2 pounds frozen turkey meat balls
    1.5 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried

Tips

Do not skip first step. Rice will not cook properly if added raw.


Directions

sauté the rice in oil. Place rice in crock pot with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
