Ingredients

4.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.0 tbsp Yeast, fast rising
    1.0 tbsp Salt
    1.0 tbsp Granulated Sugar
2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, warm

Directions

Add yeast and sugar to warm water, let stand 5 minutes. Add flour and salt and knead for several minutes, dough will be sticky. Shape into ball and put in bowl, cover. Let rise for 20 minutes, then fold over on itself a few times, and cover again. Repeat this two more times. Should get smoother and less sticky each time. Put pizza stone in oven and set to 450F. Shape dough into loaf and set on floured pizza peel, sprinkle flour on top and cover with tea towel. Let sit for 30 minutes. Reduce oven to 425. Make 3 slashes along the top of the loaf. Wet the top of the loaf generously (or spray with water after putting in oven) then slide onto pizza stone. Bake 30 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
