Introduction

Makes 24 Meatballs
I add 12 to my homemade sauce and allow the other 12 to cool to room temp, then place them in a 1-gallon freezer bag and place in refrigerator. Once very cold move to freezer until making sauce again

Ingredients

    2 large Eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 cup Egg Substitute, Eggbeaters
    2 tsp Parsley, dried
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 tsp Garlic, chopped
    1 small Onion, diced
    1 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    2 lbs 80/20 Ground Beef Chuck
    1/4 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
    Splash of Water

Tips

For easy clean up;
Line bottom of broiler pan with foil then place broiler rack and spray with cooking spray.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together with hands, adding bread crumbs a little at a time. Add a sprinkle of water if necessary.

Form into 24 meatballs and transfer to broiled pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake at 350° for 15 minutes on each side then simmer in sauce for 2-4 hrs
