Ingredients

    1.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1.0 cup Oatmeal flour (homemade)
    0.25 cup Dry rolled oats
    4.0 large Eggs
    1/2 cup Lady Boss Lean Protein Shake
    2 gala apples, cored, peeled & diced
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2/3 cup Applesauce, unsweetened

Directions

mix all ingredients, grease muffin tin or use disposable muffin cups, add mixture and cook for 16-20 minutes at 350.
