Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 serving Bird's Eye Frozen Chopped Spinach
    2 clove Garlic
    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 oz Cheese Feta Crumbled President 1 oz (28g) = 70 cals 1 inch cube

Directions

1. Add onion to a saute pan that had been sprayed with olive or other oil. Sweet onion, add frozen spinach, nutmeg (optional), salt and pepper. Cook until spinach is no longer frozen and had dried out slightly. Cool
2. In a separate bowl combine ground turkey, egg, salt, pepper , cooled spinach mixture and feta cheese. Mix well and form 4 equal size patties. Chill patties in refrigerator until ready to cook.
3. Add one tbs of oil to pan, cook patties on both sides until internal temperature of 165 F.
4. Optional..not included in count..add a slice of provolone or mozzarella cheese.
