Ingredients

    2 cups - cooked instant Brown Rice
    4 tsp - chicken bouillon
    1 can, (13oz) - canned Chicken Breast in water
    10.5 oz can - Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
    1, 10.5 oz can - Diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 cup - Sweet Corn
    12 - corn tortillas
    1/2 cup - Picante Sauce
    4 oz - Fat Free Cream Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook rice accourding to package directions.

Mix cooked rice, canned soup, diced tomatoes, canned chicken, corn, and cream cheese.

Coat tortillas in Picante sauce. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Place 6 corn tortillas on bottom of baking dish. Place 1/2 of rice mixture over tortillas. Repeat layers.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
