Ingredients

    4 oz chicken breast
    4 cloves garlic
    2 tsp olive oil
    fresh cracked pepper
    2 tsp parmesan cheese *light*
    1 lemmon
    1 lime
    1 tsp mustard powder
    1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
    1oz sunflower seeds
    2 cups romaine lettuce

Directions

chop 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1tsp olive oil, fresh cracked pepper, 1/2 tsp mustard powder, juice of 1/2 lemmon, juice 1/2 lime- put into ziplock bag with 4oz raw chicken - cut as desired -let stand in sealed bag-cook when you are ready in hot non stick skillet.
wash and dry lettuce prepare as desired.
dressing-
juice of half lemmon, juice of 1/2 lime, 1 tps olive oil, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp mustard powder, fresh cracked pepper,

toss lettuce and dressing , place cooled chicken over salad -garnish with parmesan cheese and sunflower seeds .
