Ingredients

    1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    1/4 cup Raisins
    1 cup shredded Carrots
    1 tsp Brown Sugar
    1 tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayo
    1 1/2 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream
    1 pkt Splenda
    2 tbsp Crushed Pineapple in Juice
    Pinch of Salt

Directions

Combine carrots, raisins and pineapple in bowl and set aside.

Whisk together mayo,
sour cream, lemon juice, salt, brown sugar and Splenda.

Pour mayo mixture over carrot mixture and stir until well combined.

Serving Size: Makes two 1/2 cup servings
