Ingredients

    16 oz turkey meat
    1 cup chopped onions
    2 tbls taco seasoning
    12 oz frozen corn
    15 oz black beans
    15 oz Kidney beans
    2 cups brown rice
    1.5 cups cheddar cheese
    8 oz torilla chips

Directions

Makes 8 servings;
Brown turkey and chopped onion. Add 2 tbs of taco seasoning to browned turkey meat.
Put browned turkey meat in bottom of a sprayed casserole baking pan. Mix corn, beans and rice and layer over the turkey. Crush tortilla chips and layer over beans. Spread cheese over the top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh salsa.
