Ingredients

    1 crust, single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, thawed
    1 large Egg white, fresh
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1/2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 cup shredded hash browns simply potatoes
    4 patty Gardein Vegan Breakfast Sausage Patty

Directions

Layer: sausage, potatoes pour eggs, top with cheese.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting. Divide into 6 equal pieces. Enjoy.
