1 cup Whole Wheat Flour

1.5 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup, chopped Walnuts
Directions
Mix wet ingredients, fold in dry ingredients until just mixed. Evenly fill 16 muffin tins. Bake on top shelf at 325 for 25 minutes.
