    i package of lemon poppy seed muffin mix
    .33 can of light peaches
    .25 can of pineapple in natural juices

Directions

place the muffin mix and the fruit in a bowl. instead of adding the water to the mix add the juices from fruit. stir and place in muffin holders. cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. should make 7 muffins at least.
