Ingredients

    2 serving Newman's Own Marinara Sauce, 1/2 cup
    6 serving Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup
    4 cup cabbage raw
    1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1.5 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
    1 serving Lean Ground Beef (1/2 cup) 100 g (Meatballs x 2)
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

If available use homemade marinara and meatballs.


Directions

Sauté all veggies in olive oil until soft. Add marinara, broth and meatballs and simmer 30 minutes.
