Ingredients

    12.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    2.0 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)
    4.0 serving Aidells Cajun Style Andouille Smoked Pork Sausage 1 link
    2.0 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, diced Celery, cooked

Directions

Cook veggies first in some broth, add chicken and sausage, seasonings, cook until chicken not pink. Add rest of broth and rice, simmer covered until done, about 1 hour.
