Ingredients

    250 grams Cilantro, raw
    1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw
    2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    2 1tsp Canola Oil
    1 1tsp Sesame Oil
    3 dash Salt
    .5 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    .5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    1 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)
    1 cup Snow Peas, fresh

Directions

Slice celery and scallions thinly on the diagonal. Remove stalks from cilantro and slice into 3" pieces, along with snow peas. Chop jalapeno finely. Place the veggies in a bowl. Mix dressing with oils, vinegar. salt; dress salad and serve immediately.
