Ingredients

    1 cup Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup Milk, 1%
    1 dash Salt

Tips

This waffle can be eaten with whatever you wish. Breakfast is nice with real butter and maple syrup. Use both halves and make a sandwich. Whatever makes you happy.


Directions

Preheat waffle iron up to normal maximum cooking temperature.
Beat whole egg add part of the milk and add the 1 cup of oatmeal. Add the salt and mix well. Add additional milk as required to allow the mixture to flow and distribute over the waffle iron. Add the waffle mixture to the waffle iron and allow sufficient time to turn a golden crisp color. Serve while hot.

Serving Size: One half standard size waffle iron waffle.
