My mom's homemade peanut butter cookie recipe. My mom's homemade peanut butter cookie recipe.

Ingredients

    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2 cups Flour, white
    2 Eggs
    1/2 cups sugar
    1 cup peanut butter
    1 cup salted butter
    1 1/2 cups light brown sugar

Directions

Cream butter and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in white and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and stir until thoroughly mixed. After adding salt and baking soda to the flour, add the dry mix to the batter and mix thoroughly. Flower hands and drop mix by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Using flour on fork, press cookies slightly. Cook for approximately 8 through 10 minutes in 350-degree oven. Start checking your batch after 8 minutes and every minute after that until cookies look evenly baked. Remove from oven. Wild still on cookie sheet sprinkle cookies with colored sugar and let cool. Remove from cookie sheet when cool. Serving Size: Makes roughly 75 half oz. cookies
