1 cup Olive Oil
300 oz chicken - great value chicken wing sections
60 serving KC BBQ Sauce
Tips
Serve wings warm. Use any sauce you like. Take note of the two short bake times after basting with BBQ sauce.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Line baking sheet with foil or parchment. Spray with nonstick spray. Lay wings skin side up on pan, brush with oil.
3. Bake for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours (165 degrees internal). Remove from oven, soak up excess grease with paper towel.
4. Brush BBQ sauce over wings, return to oven for 5 minutes. Brush wings a second time and bake for 5 more minutes.
