Ingredients

    2lbs center cut pork loin trimmed
    1tsp cinnamon
    3 tsp brown sugar
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1/3 cup water
    3 cloves garlic minced

    for sauce
    1/4 cup ketchup
    4 tsp brown sugar
    1-1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper

Directions

Mix cinnamon, 3 tsp brown sugar and chili powder. Rub into pork loin. Place in crock pot and pour water, 1 cup cider vinegar and garlic over. Cook on high for 4-6 hours. 30 minutes before serving, remove meat and shred. Pour off liquid into a measuring cup. Mix 1/2 cup liquid with sauce ingredients. Add meat and sauce back into crockpot. Serve on rolls....serves 6.

    We made coleslaw with lime vinegar. It was excellent with the pulled pork. I added some stuff to sauce to make thicker. - 10/21/17
