So good it's almost like cheating. So good it's almost like cheating.

Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    6.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    2.0 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4.0 tbsp Ortega taco seasoning mix
    1.0 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat
    8.0 tbsp Low fat cream cheese
    2.0 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° Dice up chicken and saute in olive oil over medium heat. While chicken is cooking slice up peppers and onions. Remove chicken and saute peppers and onion. Once done add chicken back in and add taco seasoning, sour cream, and cream cheese. Stir well! Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
