Ingredients

    1.0 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    2.0 tbsp Cream Cheese
    3.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    16.0 oz Wegmans Organic 93/7 Ground Beef, Grass Fed
    3.0 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3.0 cup, shredded Zucchini
    3.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    2.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Break cauiflower apart and boil in salted water till very soft. Chop carrots and onions saute in tbsp oil. Add ground beef, brown till not pink. Squeeze water from zuchinni( 3 cup frozen yields about 1 cup).Add zucchini, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat throughly. Pour into a greased dish. Mash cauliflower with 3 tbsp of boil water, cream cheese, and butter. Blend till smooth. Pore onto of meat and veggies mixture, top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
