Crisp, fresh salad that uses the best of fall fruits for flavor. Crisp, fresh salad that uses the best of fall fruits for flavor.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 Head of Lettuce, Iceberg chopped (any lettuce or mixture to your taste)
    1 Red Delicious Apple, chopped
    1 Cup Walnuts, Chopped
    1 Cup Cranberries, Dried
    1 Cup Red Onion, Chopped
    2tbs Raspberry Vinagrette Dressing, Fat Free (Light)


Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.

I ususally leave the onions and dressing seperate if I am not serving the entire salad. I like to make this and eat it several times for lunch during the week. Enjoy!
