Ingredients

    200 gram(s) pork tenderloin, baked, unseasoned (by CD11113072)
    1 serving Basmati brown rice (3/4 cup cooked)
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 serving Chinese - vegetables - Broccoli,Kale,BoK-choy - 1 cup
    0.25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    0.5 tbsp Sesame Oil
    1 clove Garlic

Tips

Feel free to add more soy sauce andl/or garlic.


Directions

Dice cooked pork. Dice all veggies. In large deep frying pan, heat oil. Add onion, carrots and garlic, cook, stirring, until onions clear and fragrant. Add rest of veggies, cooking and stirring until desired tenderness is reached. Add rice and pork, stir until everything is well incorporated. Pour soy sauce over mixture, stir again to mix, and serve.
