Ingredients

    1 serving Beef Cube Steak 3 oz
    1 cup Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry green/red/yellow pepper/onions
    1 cup Birds eye riced cauliflower

Tips

I use chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder in my recipe, but any type of seasoning is good.


Directions

This recipe is for serving, but I make it with a 1 pound pack of cube steak. Cut the cube steak into strips, in a hot pan, fry the cube steak until browned and cooked to medium rare. Add the 2 cups of Peppers, and Onions to the pan, cooking those down for about 6-8 minutes. Put the bag of riced cauliflower into the microwave and steam the bag. When the rice is steamed, place it into a long bowl or plate, then place the steak, peppers and onions on top of the riced cauliflower. Season it to your own tastes.
