1 Cup Chocolate Soy Milk
3 Tbsp Malt
2 Tbsp Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
Directions
Combine Yogurt, Soy Milk, Malt, and Flaxseed into a blender. Blend for about 30-60 seconds.
Makes 2 1 -1/2 cup servings!
