8 oz Cream Cheese, Great Value, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese
1 Box Jello, Lime (small box)
8oz container of Great Value Lite whipped topping (cool whip)
1 cup 1% low fat cottage cheese (Great Value)
1 Great Value Graham Cracker Pie Crust (whole pie crust)
3TBS Key Lime Juice
Tips
Make sure you blend the cream cheese and cottage cheese thoroughly, before you add the jello to the blender.
If your wondering why it is so green, I added 3 drops of green food coloring to the mixture for St. Patricks Day.
Directions
mix Jello with 2/3 cup of boiling water and set aside.
Put cream cheese, cottage cheese and lime juice in blender, then add the jello.
Blend until smooth.
Put into large bowl and add whipped topping and mix throughly.
Put the mixture into the pie crust and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serving Size: 1 slices
