Ingredients

15oz tomato sauce
1/2 tsp of oregano
2 tbls of chopped parsley
1 clove minced garlic (I used 1 tbls of jar garlic)
1 tsp dry basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Simmer for 5 mins and pour over stuffing (see other recipe). One tablespoon per 1/2 of squash is about right.
