    12 plum tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes - peeled and seeded
    1.5 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    0.50 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    2 clove Garlic
    0.25 cup Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Parsley
    2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
    3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    2 tsp chipotle chile pepper powder (by STICKFIGURE2)
    2 tsp Paprika
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tbsp cumin powder (by DUBON00)
    1 slice, medium (4" x 2-1/2" x 1 Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough)
