Ingredients

    2 large cans (No. 2) chunk pineapple in its own juice, drained
    6 Tblsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 stacked pkg, Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions

Makes approx 12 servings.

Mix flour, sugar and pineapple; add cheese. Put in 13 x 9 baking dish and sprinkle with crumbled Ritz crackers. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Very Good
    so very decadent in flavor, yet not too bad for a treat when you are dieting, especially if you use lowfat cheddar, Cabot makes a good one. Its a real treat for me, since I love pineapple. Thanks for sharing - 8/25/08
