Ingredients

    6.0 tsp Ginger Root
    4.0 clove Garlic
    3.75 serving Chicken Breast Tenderloin - Tyson - 4 oz.
    2.0 tbsp Canola Oil
    3.0 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1.0 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
    2.0 large Onions, raw
    4.0 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1.0 tbsp Molasses
    3.0 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
    1.75 cup Bean sprouts

Directions

Cook meat in oil for 3 min. Add soy sauce and S+P. Remove and keep warm. Add broth, onions, celery, and molasses to sauce in pan. Cook ~10 min. Add bean sprouts and cook 3 min. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 chip water and stir into pan. Cook until thickened. Serve over rice.
