Ingredients

    1 scoop of your favorite Whey protein powder
    0.5 cup of orange juice
    0.5 cup of frozen, unsweetened strawberries
    0.5 cup of pineapple chunks
    1 small/medium banana
    1-2 packets of Splenda, to taste
    1 cup of chopped ice

Directions

Toss all the ingredients together into a blender, close the lid and then let er' rip until it is thoroughly blended.
