Ingredients

4.75 cup Toasted Oat Brown Bread Mix
2.25 tsp Active Dry Yeast (by GRTMOMX3)
.5 tsp Granulated Sugar
.25 cup Granulated Sugar
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Proof yeast with .5 tsp sugar in 4 ounces warm water.
Mix bread mix, yeast-water mixture, eggs, sugar, olive oil and 10 ounces of warm water at high speed for 6.5 minutes.
Cover and let rise for 40 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour batter into greased 9”x5” bread pan. Bake for 60 minutes, tenting with foil if needed. Bread is done at 200 degrees.
Serving Size: Makes 18 slices
