Ingredients

    16 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
    12 cup Granulated Sugar

Tips

Great on toast, with peanut butter, or over ice cream or angel food cake.


Directions

Cut oranges into tiny bits.
Cover with water and soak overnight.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in sugar.
Add cardamom, to taste.
Bring to 220░F.
Process in sterilized jars for 10 minutes or refrigerate.
