    .66 tbsp Butter, salted
    .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 cup, chopped Pecans
    1 cup Flour, white
    .5 tsp Salt
    .5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1 Tbsp Flour, white
    .25 tsp Salt
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap , boiling


Mix butter, sugar and vanilla together. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together, then add to first mixture along with milk.
Mix sauce ingredients together. Pour sauce into a baking pan, and drop batter on to. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
