Ingredients

    1 serving Egg white, large
    .5 cup Fairlife Ultra-filtered Skim Milk
    4 oz Trop 50 (Pulp Free Calcium & Vitamin D 50% Less Sugar)
    1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Mix ingredients, dip bread into batter. Spray butter flavored Pam onto small non-stick fry pan. Heat over medium heat, place dipped bread in pan until light brown and flip once. Serve with powdered sugar, fruit or maple syrup.

Serving Size: Makes enough batter for 5 slices of French Toast.
