Ingredients

    1 cup, sliced Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup Peas, frozen
    4 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon
    3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk

Tips

Any meats or veggies can be used in this recipe.


Directions

Slice 4 pieces bacon into chunks. In an 8" or 10" oven safe fry pan, fry until crisp. Add onion and peppers, saute. Cook peas until tender crisp, add to bacon pepper mix. In bowl, whisk eggs - add parmesan cheese and whisk again. Pour egg mixture into fry pan. Stir to ensure eggs mix well into veggies. Sprinkle with black pepper, top with more parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked thru in middle. When done, loosen sides of pan to release.
