    2.0 tbsp Fish Sauce
    16.0 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw
    1.0 clove Garlic
    2.0 tbsp chopped Shallots
    0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.5 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
    4.0 tbsp Roasted Rice Powder
    1.0 cup Cilantro, fresh chopped

Directions

Saute onion, garlic, pepper in olive oil. Brown pork. Mix in spices and rice powder. Add hot sauce or sambal to taste. Top with fresh cilantro to serve. Serving Size: Makes 4 servings divided.
