Introduction

Ingredients

0.50 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals)
.5 cup Pistachio Nuts
0.5 cup sunflower seeds salted
.5 cup, chopped Walnuts
.5 cup Sesame Seeds
4 tbsp *Flax Seed
4 oz Cashews - Kirkland Roasted & Salted
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup Nuts: coconut, dried, shredded/grated: unsweetened (1 cup) (by GEEGEESBEES)
.25 cup Butter, salted
4 tbsp Almond Butter - Nuts to You Nut Butter (smooth)
1 tsp Salt
4 serving Splenda No Calorie Sweetner (one packet)
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together until combined being careful to not break up too many of the nuts. (Kitchen aid mixer for 15-20 seconds works well)
2. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
3. Place mixture in a 9X13 baking dish. With a metal spoon, firmly press into bottom of pan.
4. Bake at 370°F, for about 25 minutes,
5. Turn the oven off and bake for 5
minutes more.
6. Granola bars should appear golden, not burnt.
7. Remove from oven and cut immediately. Lift out the parchment with the cooked bars and place on a cutting board.
