Ingredients

    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    0.5 tsp Salt
    2.0 tbsp Olive Oil
    0.5 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    1.0 serving Hormel - Turkey Pepperoni (17 slices)
    10.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    0.5 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
    0.25 cup Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry green/red/yellow pepper/onions
    0.5 cup Cheese, Lucerne Medium Cheddar Shredded Cheese ss 30 grams
    2.0 tbsp coconut flour - Anthony's Organic
    3.0 oz Tyson cooked grilled chicken breast strips
    0.75 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)

Directions

Mix dry and wet separately. Use whisk for dry and spatula when mix wet into dry for it is very sticky. Place on cookie sheet with silicone matt or parchment paper and place another piece of parchment paper on top and use rolling pin or soup can to flatten out to desired thickness and shape. Bake at 350 for 15 mins check after 10. While that cooks cook topping separately like the peppers and onions and heat and cut up chicken strips. Top crust and with toppings and then cheese and then bake for another 5 mins until cheese melts. Serving Size: 2
