Ingredients

1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 1tsp Olive Oil
.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits
.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Tips
You can double the eggs to make bigger waffles if you need a larger portion size.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Blend eggs in a blender or food processor with a splash of your favourite milk. Brush the waffle pan with oil.
Sprinkle onions evenly in the waffle cavities. You can use any non starchy vegetable for this step as long as it will cook in the time the eggs cook - finely chopped peppers, zucchini, broccoli tops....anything. Sprinkle on the cheese then bacon bits and put in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and browning.
