Ingredients

    1 lbs Ground Turkey
    1 Cup Corn
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes
    2 Boil-in-Bag rice
    4 oz Green Chilis
    1/4 cup diced scallions
    1 Tbsp Chili Powder
    1 Cup 2% Mexican Blend Cheese

Directions

Make rice and set aside.
Brown turkey and add scallions until translucent. Add all remaining ingredients until warm.
