Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients
    1 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
    1/2 cup Coconut flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 cup Flaxseed
    1/3 Cup Psyllium Husk Powder

    Wet Ingredient
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    6 large Egg white, fresh
    3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 Tsp Salt

Directions

Step 1 Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.
Step 2 In a mixing bowl, add the whites of the Egg (6), Whole Egg (2), Milk (3/4 cup), Water (1/2 cup), and Apple Cider Vinegar (1/4 cup).
Step 3 Sift the Almond Flour (1 1/2 cup), Coconut Flour (1/2 cup), Flaxseed Meal (1/2 cup), Baking Soda (1 teaspoon), and Salt (1 teaspoon) over the top of the bowl.
Step 4 Add the Psyllium Powder (1/3 cup) and mix until everything is combined.
Step 5 Pour the mixture over a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Using your hands, shape the dough into a ball.
Step 6 Using a knife, score the top of the dough with an X shape.
Step 7 Bake for 35 minutes or until its golden brown. If you tap it on top and get a hollow sound, your bread is done.
Step 8 Place on top of a wire rack to let it cool down. Using a bread knife, slice to serve.
